I had an attractive body once. But it became so flabby now. I tried following diet and exercises but nothing worked. What can I do now? One of my friends suggested me to go for a tummy tuck. Will it work? Is it really safe?

Of course, tummy tuck is safe if you choose a right surgeon to do it for you. I had a similar problem. My stomach became flabby after having kids. It is my close friend who suggested me to go for a tummy tuck that time. It worked great for me. It will tighten the abdominal muscles and removes the excess fat deposited. All you have to do is select a right surgeon for you. There are even sites where you can read reviews posted by patients who have undergone plastic surgery and it is possible to write your review also. Goodsugeonbadsurgeon is one of the sites that I know.
My stomach had not been flat in almost 20 years. After having three kids, my stomach was very flabby. I tried to diet and exercise, but even that did not work.

I think tummy tucks should be a last resort. I think the best option is to start with someone like a nutritional psychologist who can help you understand portion control and help you overcome eating foods that are unhealthy. Its all about moderation, not starvation. You need to eat healthy meals but allow yourself occassional treats as well, also with exercise at least three times a week. It's all about having good eating habits and breaking bad ones. After all what do the first three letters of diet spell?? Motivation is also very important, so build a realistic image of how you would like to look and keep that as your motivator - good luck
