Reading is one of the tools in education and student life. There are many ways through which we get education and knowledge. Reading is the most strong weapon which effects learning process. Man is always in process of learning from birth to death. There is not any way to escape out of it, in fact it is the most beautiful thing in life that we always learn. There are many methods of learning among them is reading. Reading is a skill. Although we know how to read but there are some tips to consider while reading which highly influences our learning process. Reading doesn't only mean "read a written context" but two main points should be focused on that are "Time and Understanding". Usually we read context as it comes our way, hardly anyone focuses on time that how much it took time to read a passage or page. To get control on reading skills one must consider limited time or should bound him/her self to read a page in specified time. This control on time reading will come through practice, daily. Once one got control on it would not need to focus on time anymore. As it will become one's habit to read fastly and in specified time. Reading in limited time doesn't only mean to pass through written context but one most important factor is needed to ponder upon that is "understanding of what you read in limited time". It means one should must grasp or comprehend what one is studying in time otherwise the purpose of effective learning will not be accomplished. So, the time and understanding both are equally valuable for effectual education and learning process. Lack of any one of them will be the cause of slow down of success through learning or even cause failure.

@ainnaarmstrong Everything is not written in books. The persons who are illiterate, also have a lot of knowledge. The farmers are generally illiterate here but they have more knowledge about farming than those who have only the bookish knowledge about farming. Thanks a lot for a good response.
