Not a Morning Person!

Good Afternoon people! So last night I wrote all the things I needed to do today. Long To Do List at least 10 things. One of them was to work out now i am a little lady I don't have a weight problem. However I am one of those people who get a bit winded climbing up a flight of stairs. So a tone up is much needed! I like dance workouts mostly but I have been really getting into Jillian Michaels. This women is just Awesome! I search YouTube for her videos I find one.. 6wks abs or something like that. I was about 11 minutes in when my phone rag smh lets just say it was 7 when I started now i'm on myLot typing. Ha well anyway better go try to get all my errands done. #AdultLife

I am a Chinese girl .it's hard for me to understand what you said ,but I try my best to read it . I think you need to do more sport .Sport exercise is good for our health.Have a nice day

well let me say, you write in English very well! Thanks too I love working out and playing sports. Just being outside! Volleyball is my favorite :)
