Disappointed about government job hunting

I just want to find a government officer job, but it seems too difficult for the fierce competition: too many people want to get into in. Procuratorate now hire officer, I seriously prepare for the first interview. Base on my previous experience, I will get a medium grade without preparation. But now I want the job desperately, I want to get good result. So I prepare for my introduction, typing skill, and exam knowledge these days. The first interview just need 5 minutes self introduction, I memorized it for a day long and acted very good during the interview. Turn out to be, the result made me so angry: 59 people joined the interview, my grade is the 59th! I don’t believe it even now, what the hell? The government is not a good thing, I did a good job, and got a bad score, I know some positions are just for someone who have relationship and money to buy, it is always so unfair. But the last one? It is too obvious the government people don’t want the competitor with good competed ability get good result in case we get good result and the other with back door can’t get the job already booked!
