Stay Healthy, Eat Green Vegetables

All people are not the same. Some people need a special type of diet depending on their race and on their health. In general, it would be smart to eat fresh food like green vegetables and fewer popular foods like potatoes. The human mind is not programmed to choose foods that will prolong its life. That might sound amusingly absurd, but that is the case. The human mind will choose foods that are mentally satisfying like potatoes over foods that are mentally not satisfying like green beans. The healthy choice is to deliberately eat foods like green beans until it becomes a habit that will reprogram the mind to consider health satisfying instead of indigestion. Foods that should be a part of every diet are green vegetables, dark fruit like grapes and plums, cereals, eggs, rice and meat. Many of the previous foods are found in Asian dishes, which are becoming more popular among Americans. Shanghai Tokyo Café specializes in offering tasty, yet healthier dishes for everyone in College Park. Each person should decide for himself what foods to eat depending on his energy level following the digestion of a type of food. If the food causes lethargy, it is obvious that the eater should avoid the food. However, if the lethargy is followed by a boost in energy proven by the completion of tasks that might have been formidable to the eater before eating then that food should be a part of the eater’s diet. The problem is that the human body develops needs for certain types of nutrients. Those nutrients need to be provided to the body to ensure the needed energy will be made possible by the mind. The mind chooses those nutrients that will keep it satisfied. Those nutrients are not always the healthy nutrients to keep the body healthy. The conflict between mind and body is simply what makes some people succumb to unhealthy lifestyles if they give in to the mind’s almost unhealthy control over the eater’s food choices. To stay healthy, eat green vegetables deliberately along with your main dish. Avoid making casseroles your main source of food. Eat specific foods that are not a combination of foods. That is basically what makes Mediterranean people known for their long life and amazing health as well as their mental saneness and approach to life’s challenges.
