Because the jaw crusher equipment needs the relatively large crushing power,the thrust plate is prone to wear or break.Then,how to correctly remove it is the issues that the jaw crusher users have concerned.According to the issue that how to remove the thrust plate of the jaw crusher ,we make the following introduction. 1. Front thrust plate removal First of all ,we should put the damper bolt screw out and cut off the grease lubricant tubes, hang the thrust plate on the crane hooks or other lifting equipment , and then loosen the spring at the end of the horizontal tie rod , at last ,pull the moving jaw to the fixed jaw direction and take out the thrust plate. 2.Rear thrust plate removal. If you want to remove the thrust plate, undraw the connecting rod and front thrust plate together with the movable jaw , and then remove the rear thrust plate.For safety ,we should cut off the grease lubricant tubes, open the lever and remove the bearing cover and then pull the movable jaw out using the cranes or other lifting devices .
