Recreation is the source of energy in life when we feel bored.If you want to create something new in life, you have to entertain yourself.No one is able to work continuously, he wants to divert his mind so he should go to enjoy cinema,caffe house, pub, restaurant or hotel.
In my opinion, the best recreation is to spend time with wife and children and play with them. These moments are never wasted but kept in the memories of wife and children for ever as golden moments.

I agree with you. Recreation is my inspiration booster and mood booster. I usually go to mountains, botanical garden, or beach. I prefer outdoor places than indoor places

Poet is another creator who creates his own lovely and selflesss imaginary creation but not without having recreation.
