Dusty exhaust get into the settling chamber by draught fan through the wind pipe with high speed colliding to the wall, and the air changes in direction, which lowers the wind speed promptly ,and the dust particles precipitate and discharge through the discharging equipment.Fine dusts get into the low-voltage electrostatic dusting electric field with airflow , and charge under the continuous bombardment of ions, and then fly to the dust collection pole to be discharged out after collecting .The gas after purification is discharged to the atmosphere through wind pipe. 3.Wet dust collection Wet dust collection is a process in which the dusty gas gets into the bottom of the dedusting tower by the draught fan through wind pipe landing fast. The coarse particles of the dusts deposit firstly in the air , the fine dusts pick up with the air.The water drop spraying down is in air reverse static with the dusts.Because the weight of the damped dusts increases continuously, they drop becoming mud water under the action of gravity.And then the mud water gets into the accumulation tank through the lower pipe to reach the targets of dust collection.
