Do you use coupons when you grocery shop?

When I'm trying I can save so much money at the grocery store with coupons.
I've been a bit busy at the moment to keep up with it, but I should get back at it.
I love to use as many coupons as possible, then look at the bottom of my receipt to see my percentage of total savings.
The best I've done is 78% !
