people who have read my posts know one rant I have is that bubblews is not the greatest about responding to email messages. In this link:
I mention how Bubblews actually responed to one of 8 messages I have sent them in the past.

I don't know...1/8 doesn't seem like a very good response rate. I tend to get offended if I write even a single message and don't get a response if I was asking a question that required an answer (just speaking generally...I've never contacted Bubblews or even done much more than browse that site). Based on what you've said, I'd say they could definitely improve their customer service.
