I was a pain free, slim & thin but properly shaped guy. However my shoulder blades looked protruding out. I paid a visit to chiropractor to make sure they are winged scapulae the chiropractor did his examinations and said I'm absolutely ok and have no postural problems. I started bodybuilding just to put some muscles as was becoming more thin, as already knew about posture problems tried to stick with balanced training, however for just some time got some strain in my shoulders. So stopped training and paid another visit to chiropractor; this time he said the my shoulders seem a little bit raised from rib cage and have a little bit swayback. so he recommended me doing some core strengthening exercises, poster kinetic chains and shoulder exercises. Just following it for month although I saw some changes to my back I'm having some pain in my shoulders know and spine, my right shoulder is a bit lower than left. I don't know if I put myself into problem intentionally as I was trying to correct any postural problem so I don't get into trouble latter, but I think i put myself into trouble before hand. as I was absolutely fine.
