The structure of jaw crusher is very simple and mainly made up of six parts. Eccentric shaft is the main shaft of the crusher and is manufactured by the high-carbon steel. The eccentric part needs finish machining and heat treatment. One end of the eccentric shaft is equipped with belt wheel, and another with flywheel. 4. Adjustment device. The scale board of the crusher is worn by the ore continuously in the working process, which makes the breadth of the material discharge mouth gets bigger. To guarantee the granularity requirement of the production, we need to adjust the breadth of the material discharge mouth timely. The adjustment device usually uses the wedge type, in which the bevels of the two wedges fit backward, and the screw rod makes the back wedge move up and down to adjust the size of the material outlet. 5. Safety device. When big objects such as the machine parts, iron enter into the crushing cavity or when the crushing cavity is blocked by materials, the load of jaw crusher will exceeds the rated load and the stress of the machine rises sharply. Therefore, we need to set the safety device to avoid accidental damage of the crusher. 6. Lubricating system. Lubricate the friction parts of the crusher by thin oil or dry oil. The centralized circulation lubrication for the bearings of the eccentric shaft and the pitman coupling uses the thin oil pressed by the gear pump.
