It's always easier said than done.
We often make resolutions at the beginning of a new year, but maybe after three days, we slack off and tell ourselves that we should have a break!
It's not a good habit though, we must persevere!
In addition, once we wanna do something, do not hesitate.
Think twice and then just do it!
"Hold on to whatever keeps you warm inside."

I think the strongest emotion is that of regret than anger... regret has broken strong-willed people... so sticking up to the real desires, yes desire which is again a much stronger word than resolutions, would not only prove your persistent but will also cause you to feel satisfied.
It's easier to satisfy yourself than to satisfy others...

I think the meaning of this quote is very strong. "A year from now, you will wish you had started today" The quote inspires me a lot. It means that don't do something that you will regret in the future. Always give everything a shot even if you fail. Because you will not know the outcome. It may be bad but atleast you did an effort into it.
