What is the main difference between active and passive components?

The main difference between active and passive component is of source of energy or power. Active ones rely on a source of power while passive ones don’t use it. However, both components are important for electrical equipment.

Some spend the time only in empty talks, they are passive and some spend the by doing actions, they are active. A lazy man is a permanent patient without any disease. Thanks a lot.

Active and passive components make up an equipment, just like people with different personalities make up the society and everyone is so important!!!!!
