Will Mylot Pay Ever Again??

I have not been on Myloy in a long time so I had to make a new account. But when I did make a new account I was very stunned to know that they no longer pay. I was wondering what is going on? and will they pay ever again or stay out of business?? Please answer question. Cause if they will not pay then there is no sense in being a member here.
