5. Acting skills: This is really important. Some customers are such whom you can’t make happy. But your acting skill will help you keep yourself positive in those precarious situations.
6. Ability to handle surprises: Sometimes customers throw you curve ball, isn’t it? So you must be ready to meet those challenges.
7. Time management: This works well when you are not able to dispose the customers’ problems. Better to turn the things over to some other person who can solve those problems.
