working out is the best thing to start a day.it was my routine previousy but now i have become lazy.previously, used to get up n go to the gym. then i started working out t home. then i started a brisk walk but now, me becoming lazy day by day. but i ll start working out again to stay fit.working out 20 mins continuously is very good for health. this is the minium time we shud give.to star with some warm up,we shud excercise vigoursly to keep ourselves fir n healthy.working out in open is the best place. i suggest all my frnds to divorce the lazyness n start excercising. thanks to susheel who picked this topic n made me realise that i am on the wrong path.

well i work out 1 hr a day in weekdays and it can extend to 3 in weekends.
