I think one of the most common way that the people try to read the mind is using telepathy and telepathy helps a lot to understand each other's mind and also helps to read the minds of others and it is always good to try to read the minds of others using telepathy

You have not mentioned whether you read the mind of others or try to read others. It is agreeable that reading others either through direct contact or through telepathy gives us lots of information about others. However, one needs experience and practice to read other's mind.
