By what time do you generally eat you dinner?
I have it by 10:45pm.

Its healthy to have an early dinner ... i was never healthy though :d ..always had mine at 8:30!!

Usually, in Italy lunch is at 1.00 pm and then at 8.00 pm... Where do you live at?

We live in India.
We have lunch by 2:00pm and dinner by 9:00pm generally.
But in our home we have lunch by 3:00pm and dinner by 10:45pm.

ok.i think thats too early.
sometimes i eat my lunch at that time.

I do the "European" thing and fix dinner for my daughter and I around noon or 1PM. Does anyone else do this?
