How i associate my paypal account with hubpages?

When i tried to associate my paypal account with hubpages , the paypal account showed that they will not share my account information with hubpages than why they have given a link in the earning setting page which direct to paypal account to login? The account will not associate untill i log in but the paypal account not let me to do that.
