I don't know what's other lovers be,but for me ,at least,i can't let it go.we broke up for four years,it's really has past for long time,but i just can't focus on a new relations,and always missed him?looking for his new situation,it's hard,and sad,what can i do?would you like show me some advice?

It is better to start afresh rather than getting lost in past. Live in present, instead of recalling past, you cannot bring your past moments or convert them in your present moments, so it would be better to look forward. You have a long life ahead. It is better to learn from your past mistakes.
