did u ever plan to quit smoking? what r d ways that u adopted?
were u successful? for how long???

I never TRIED stop smoking, but I ever STOP smoking. I think it is just how to control our mind. Once you think that you get addicted and hard to stop smoking, then the it would be the real. I never think it's hard to stop smoking, so I can stop it by myself easily. I stopped smoking twice & it was succedeed. It worked as long as I want it happen. It was 2-3 month. Now I'm smoking again, coz I've promise to myself that I'll totally stop & neva smoking anymore after I find someone I love & I marry her. Maybe it sounds strange, but that's the fact:)
