Make fried chciken with ritz craker crust?
it is really good and easy to make.
just wash you chicken, pat dry
then beat eggs and crush your ritz crackers
season your chicken to the way you like it
make sure your oven is on 450
dip chicken into the beaten egg and then roll it in the crushed crackers and then lay on a slighty greased baking dish skin faced up.
turn the chicken only once after putting it into the oven since you doing oven fried chicken.
it is awesome and finger licking good!
