sleep is a stress buster. a good sleep after work but also it refreshes when ever we are in clumsy mood. so to make my mind fresh i prefer to sleep when ever my mind is tired

who doesn't...it's kind of abstract thing...you know because you don't feel anything when you sleep...you just "wake up"...so pracical...you don t sleep...:)) :P
