Sometimes, i've tried to know how to be a better enginner, but it's hard for me just thinking about it. Help me, please.

There are so many sites available now a days, which conduct on line training programmes/capsule programmes for imparting the training regarding computer engineering. You could access those sites to learn the technicalities of the areas, where you are lacking. All the best.
