We often get tired and bored too. However, there are some ways to go beyond the state of tiredness, and work more to accomplish more and emerge out a winner. Amongst us there are people who work more than what the human capacity wants and still look as fresh as ever. At our work place or even at school and college we had at least a couple of people who worked like machines. We often wondered how they could work or do more that what was required. Here are some ways to keep your weariness at bay. Afternoon siesta is a must Some people will boast that they never sleep during the day except at night, however, in the tropical countries it is best to grab a nap during the day to help you to relax and stay active for the rest of the day. Taking naps can certainly help you be more active and relaxed as compared to the days when you sleep only at night. Take it easy and relax You have got to take it easy and relax. Tiredness is indirectly proportional to your ability to relax and so you should take it easy. Sometimes when you feel frustrated and exhausted with pressure at work or at school try to relax and do the things that help you relax. Listening to music and reading are some of the things that can help you relax. Stay tension free We get irritated when another driver does not follow the traffic rules, we get very angry when the bus conductor does not speak to us properly or when the bus driver does not stop the bus at our stop and moves further. We even get frustrated by the changes in the weather condition. Just move forward with a smile. Do not worry if your milkman does not turn up in time. Have a glass of juice instead of milk that day. However, you are definite to get grey hair if you worry for petty things. Nature as a remedy There is nothing as powerful and as beautiful as nature. Once in a while forget everything and look towards gardening or bird-watching. You will be amazed how nature can help you get rid of the feelings of tiredness and fatigue.

You have narrated some very practical and useful suggestions, which are praise worthy and will help those a lot, who make complain about fatigue. Fatigue is related to our thoughts, if we tell our mind that we are tired, the mind will start thinking in that direction. If we motivate ourselves that we are not tired and could accomplish some more tasks, before retiring to bed, we will feel relieved and satisfied that we have completed our tasks.
