How to place an order in Alibaba

I have seen 10 inch tablet is selling at 65 Dollars, it is having 1 GB ram and 16 GB internal memory. I require one piece how to order it, i find it is difficult to place an order in Alibaba site. I does not feel any inconvenience in placing orders in Amazon,ebay and snapdeal on portals till now. Why this alibaba site is different with other sites.

Visit MouthShut.com read a review about your product , will get better result , moreover you can try flipkart also ..

Thanks for the response, but in flipkart there may be used tablets they are offering and in Alibaba it is cheap when comparing with flipkart.
