what is my lot all about? is it like yahoo answers or quora,can anyone explains me,i m new hear?

I guess using Yahoo Answers as a reference
It is sort of like that, but instead of asking questions you are starting discussions like on a forum.
By participating in/starting discussions you get paid a certain amount
The earnings algorithm isn't exact yet but they are tweaking it to be just right.

@mealid only the admins know of the exact algorithm so I wouldn't be able to answer that. As long as you are active you don't have to worry about that.

i get 0.0396 $ in my a/c,but i would like to know how it is giving to me,i sens two posts in mylot for that .0396 $,so 0.0150 $ for every post,is i am right? or something else plz explain.
