Peanut Butter - Why did I not think of it before?

Peanut butter is not so commonly used here as the other usual butter. After being on the Net I have learnt of the benefits of this wonderful butter. It is supposed to contain fiber, potassium, magnesium and many other elements that are particularly good for the heart. It has zero cholesterol
Off I go now to buy it online through amazon my favourite online shopping site.
Do you like peanut butter?

When I was a kid, it was my favorite. But now that I am in 40 something, I have limited myself in consuming that heavenly devil. LOL

@jenny1015 The only thing I overeat are chocolates but I cut down on other things and Peanut butter will perhaps replace chocolates to some extent - fair and square.

@allknowing hahaha Well, just don't eat too much of it. Enjoy, but do also think that "anything taken more than necessary can be bad, too".

Yes, I like peanut butter the way I like peanuts. And I love nuts!
The last time I had a jar, I ate too much of it. I didn't have one of my best times at the toilet.
It's great if you want to replace it with other creams or with jams, but I wouldn't treat it like it was real butter, it usually has a completely different texture and a strong taste (there are many kinds of peanut butter though).
It's healthy in small doses, but it tempts you to eat more. 
I heard it comes in lots of different flavours too, and the peanut butter & jelly sandwich is popular in America. Never tried the latter, it doesn't look good for me.

I have ordered for American Garden U.S. Peanut Butter Chunky, 340g. You are right. there are several flavours. Just waiting for the parcel.

Yes, I like peanut butter. I always prefer the crunchy type as I like to bite pieces of peanuts with my sandwich but my family prefers the smooth variety. I always help myself a big spoon of peanut butter to spread on my sandwich. I have read in the Net that there are many weird recipes using peanut butter but I have never tried any.
