Laundry struggle this Rainy Season

Philippines
August 8, 2015 11:33pm CST
I was nervous about cleaning my clothes since they stock piled for two weeks, specially now that it's rainy season. So, yesterday I decided to do it inside the house with a fan, I don't usually do it since it's hot but it's not too warm anymore. I don't have a washing machine so i do it manually which is good since it's a good exercise to me but I worry about hands getting tired easily because of some pain im having with my other hand. but luckily, I was able to finish the other half and now I'm going for the other half which is easy. wished every one is doing well today.Right now it's raining outside

If you wash on a daily basis I suppose you could solve this problem.

@letranknight2015 we do have a washing machine and there are shaded places around the house to hang them, but i will never fold them yet even if they're dry. i will wait for the sun and take them out even if it's just a few minutes.

@Letranknight2015 true because i don't really have high standards but i do let it soak in detergent for 30 minutes then scrub each piece before transferring to the spin dryer.

I never trust washing machines, we used to have one and it doesn't clean much of the dirt. but if you clean it with your hands there's assurance that you have it cleaned.

So now you will learn your lesson to at least wash your clothes every other day . That way , they won't pile up and make you so tired in washing them . Besides , at least when it rains you can leave them unwashed for another day where the sun is shining .

It must be tough to wash everything by hand. I usually separate clothes by colours. I wash all coloured clothes by hand almost on a daily basis but all whites go together in washing machine in one go about twice a week.

THis time I actually separate the color and white, which i realized that it was easier that way. Before I used to do it all of them and it was very tiring. maybe I should have asked for advice sooner.
