confusing age,, what kind of still i could learn and planing my occupation

as an international sales, i am not successful , i mean i am not got experience on the international project and sometime have no idea about the customers .
read the tips but not well getting on it, maybe foolish enough or still not 100 % understand.
and suspection about my occupation , is it choose be an international sales really really suit for me? i want to learn some skills could use on job or as a hobby.
as far as i got --ENGLISH, and learning SPANISH, but learning a language not mean got a working skill or what eles.
Confussssing, hope get some suggestions here.

Sales is not an easy job. Or at least it never was for me. I do hope you find some guidance here at this site. Good luck at figuring out what you want to do to earn a living.
