Is it Okay to create two accounts per IP address?

I want to ask one thing that is it okay to create two accounts with the same IP?I mean not for a single person,but is it okay to create two different accounts (means one for me and one for other person) with the same IP address and with the same computer?

Yes, I believe that is OK. You would have had a more definitive (and possiblly a quicker) answer if you had sent a message directly to @goaskalice, but by posting it as a discussion, we shall now all benefit from his answer in due course!
The Guidelines do allow one person to have two accounts (so long as they are used for legitimate purposes) and, effectively, if two different people want to use the same computer or the same IP address, that would be much the same thing (seen from MyLot's end).

I had already chimed in, lol.
I do need to address the guidelines however. I don't think one member having multiple accounts are going to be allowed anymore. I guess it was something that was over looked in the revision. It will probably be addressed in the next revision.

I have done this before, within the same office and even with the same mobile phone. I have referrals (does not apply with the new mylot) in the office and we use the same internet connection through wifi connection. I also made my wife my referral and she use mylot with my phone when I am at home.
