I have just completed the first 13 chapters of "Great Expectations" and really love Pip and his adventures so far. I can't remember reading Dickens since high school and at that time I think I read "A Tale of Two Cities" but can't remember anything about it. Has anyone read "David Copperfield" and is it better than "Great Expectations?"

No, I haven't read Oliver Twist, but I have heard a lot about this book, I must read either it or David Copperfield next.

If you've never read Dickens before then Great Expectations is probably the best one to start with. I found David Copperfield a bit slow to be honest.
