Plantar Fasciitis, OUCH!

I have been having pain in the heel of my feet and decided to look and see what was going on by searching online. I know many think we should not self-diagnose, but sometimes I don't trust the doctor, like the time I was told to wear a brace at night to help the pain in my wrist which turned out to be tendonitis after i researched and asked the doctor later. I feel she gave me the wrong treatment, I needed to rest my wirtst until the swelling went down and then do strengthening exercises...of course that would mean less doctor visits (I had to go back 3 times in order to get the right diagnosis) and more money for them.
Anyways, so when I saw the symptoms of plantar fascitius, and I created a temporary cushion for my arches and found relief, I knew this is what I was suffering from. A couple of reasons are standing on the feet for hours and gaining weight, both which might be a factor for me.
So I started looking for arch supports. I didn't want those soles you place in your shoe, so I found three interesting products and I am hoping someone here has used these and can give me a review.
Here are the links and why I like it.
1) I like this one because of the price and it isn't that big and it is adjustable. However, I think if they could create these in various skin tones, that would be wonderful.
2) This one has a higher rating and it protects the heal. However I wonder because it is bigger would my show even fit. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ZIVC2V6?ref_=cm_wl_huc_item
3) This one would be an extra because it is obviously big and much more expensive. What drew me to it is this is worn for those who like to go barefoot in the house, which I do, especially during the summer months .http://www.heel-that-pain.com/products/heel_seat_wraps
Also, anyone who suffers from this, I would appreciate any tips you can give me.

@changjiangzhibin89 Unfortunately it will take some research to see where I can buy it. I asked the owner of the local health food store and she didn't know.

I have looked at so many links over the last couple weeks, but not this one. I normally don't go to the mayo clinic because they tend to suggest medication rather than natural treatments.
Okay, I read through, but instead of medications, I am going to make more ginger tea (and look into buying some turmeric root) for the swelling. I did notice that the pain appeared when I started dancing again (not dancing like before, I just found a place to dance and I dance for fun) so maybe that is why it started. However, it is the high impact, ballet style of dance I love..

I heard about them but I have this thing about putting my feet on something someone else has put their feet on. Plus, I know what the problem is and I really don't want insoles for the reason that I switch shoes a lot. I want something attached to my foot, not my shoe.

@Rollo1 I did use the machine a week ago and found what the problem is. However, I am not going to buy something at the cost of a new pair of shoes that only lasts 6 months. I found something for 12 dollars and along with exercises, I am not having this problem anymore. Of course there is a 5-star product for 19 dollars I saw online, I might invest in that too.
