I never feel the need to wear a wristwatch

There was a time when wristwatches were considered a status symbol and those with pots of money would go for the most expensive - Rolex being one such. I have two wristwatch lying idle. With the mobile and the pc close at hand does one really need a wristwatch?

I wear mine mainly for the look, its not really essential

@allknowing yes, my dad is a big time collector of wristwatches , he has so many but its really more of a hobby then anything else

I actually want a watch. I always wore one, for years. I can find the time as long as all my powered devices have power. But what if they don't? Sometimes I want to know the time when I am not near any devices.
