I have not received 500 joining bonus in Chatabout / myLot

Hi Mylot Friends, I have joined in chat about site two weeks back, I could not earn more points due to lack of interest of the site. I have not received the bonus points on joining the sites. How to receive my pending joining bonus points from the site, please share your experience

I'm also with Chatabout. You should get your 500 bonus points the moment you have activated your account. I got mine when I first join.
