Can you sleep with a music playing around?

Hello everyone good evening,It's 10:56 here in the evening and yet I could still hear the sounds of loud music since our house is next in the gymnasium, so whenever there is a program, expect to be very noisy around. The music was quite really good but it annoys us most of the time because we can't sleep,I can't sleep with all the noise outside.I hope the program will end earlier. By the way,I am excited for tomorrows event,It's a christening ceremony of my baby's friend.I'm going to be a godmother again for the second time,I need to travel four hours to be there at exact time. So,have you been a godmother?How many goddaughte do you have?

Sometimes, because that's my sleep therapy but i prefer meditational music or music from the spa. But it depends on my mood

I don't think I'll be able to sleep when there's loud music playing outside. Good lord, that would drive me bonkers. That's the reason why I stay up soooo late during Christmas and New Years. Oh, and when someone's celebrating a birthday party.

We are really the same,I am like you can't sleep when there is an occasion,Id like it to end up early and so I could sleep well.I prefer to have a silent place ever.

Luckily , i am used to having my husband watch TV in our bedroom . That's okay as long as the light is off and i have my night mask .

@cgalavia Try the night mask . It's just light to the head with a light garter at the back . So convenient because it blocks any light .

Thank's for suggesting @SIMPLYD..I have research about it and I find it very handy.This maybe resolve my problems in sleeping since I don't want any lights too.But,I could only have this If I'll go to the city.

We also had that kind of situation @SIMPLYD,he is watching the television and me lying but then I couldn't sleep,I really don't want to hear anything..I never tried having a night mask,I think am not comfortable to it.Good for you to enjoy using it in your sleeping time,I am imagining right now sleeping with a night mask.

I hate loud music at any time of the day. I definitely do not want loud music when I am trying to get some sleep.

Hi @sofssu, I think most of us doesn't like to have a loud music as we sleep,I find it more disturbing and we can't hardly hear also what's happening outside if there is something goes wrong.

I can and have slept with music on, but I prefer silence and darkness. And congrats on being a godmother again! I have been asked to be my friend's sons godmother and I was thrilled to accept!

Maybe it depends sometimes on what are we feeling that day as we sleep.Me,really don't want some lights on.
