Blogjob is a social blogging site, which allows you to publish 300 words content on any topic (subject must be Google Adsense approved) and social networking with members. You will be given 50 points for publishing an article and 1 point of activity (liking,commenting, friendship, joining group etc.) You can redeem $25 from 5000 points.

I wasn't aware of it but it seems to be an interesting site which allows bloggers to form a community and, at the same time, awards 'points' for various actions (as listed on the 'Rewards' page).
There is a wide range of templates, so it is possible to personalize your blog and make it look very attractive and readable.
At 50 points per blog post (and 1 or 2 points for most other actions, such as commenting &c), it seems that it values a 'post' at 25 cents. How long this would take to achieve depends. of course, on how active you are and also on the 'daily limit ' of points you can earn (which varies depending on what activities you complete on the 'rewards' page.
