Did I buy a fake bluetooth earphone?!

The earphones that came along with my phone were now broken beyond repair so i decided to buy new ones. I bought them in a mall, a small but famous mall. I bought the HM3500 earphones, quite pricey but it looked good. But then when i went home i decided to see some youtube reviews and fund out that what i bought lacked some stuff, like the clip and some extra earbuds...the earphones also did not have the samsung logo. So i am quite worried, if i may have bought a fake. 
has anyone bought a similar product? or any samsung product? does it always come with extra stuff?

Sometimes fake product always put the logo too like samsung. It make people buy it because of the logo. Last time i also looking for earphone, when i check all the original sony brand all expensive, if buy the cheap one no quality too sound no good. Haha what i do is i ask my siblings and friend if they use their free earphone from the mobile phone box, lucky they not use so, i just use it haha save my money.

I just buy regular earphones when I want to hear something instead of playing it outloud for others. Do you still have the receipt to take it back and get something else?

There are earphones in my home but I just use them once in a blue moon.
