How about a message to notify of updated mylot policies?

I am recently back to the site thanks a message by a kind mylot member. And I believe a large number of old members would be willing to reenter the site, which presents a lot of new features, eyecatching and informative. So how about a message of notification in some way by the management?

I suspect a lot of it may have to do with the fact that the earnings program is still in a phase where they're actively making adjustments. They are still working on fixing a number of bugs, too.
