Could not login my Twitter

Hi Mylot friends, Today I have tried to log in my old twitter account, since two years I have not logged my old twitter account. Today I have tried to log in my account, they have not find my email id in twitter account but they do recognize my name in twitter account. The are saying that they have send a mail to change my password but I have not received any mail till now, I have requested 3 times for new password change link, but nothing was happened why?
