Slow internet Connection? / myLot

Since last night I have this slow internet connection until now,it's hard to navigate especially when you open many tabs .. There were really times like this especially during nights,sometimes in the middle of the day.I have to wait when the loading is done and I consume more time in just one tab. When I open many tabs,it's a never ending of loading it. How about you,Does your internet connection slow sometimes or it's always in faster way?

I had the same problem when I was still using wireless broadband. I have decided a few months ago to go for wired connection, the one with a landline phone and so far I haven't been having problems with it. The connection is way more stable and the speed is so much better than the wireless broadband.

I've heard some saying that wired connection is better than a wireless @Magnolia74 What we are using now is a wireless one and it does not have a stable speed .We often complain because of being slow all the time,irritating sometimes.

@cgalavia Wireless connections are sensible to weather and trees outdoors and it can result in slow internet sometimes. You can buy a wi-fi antenna to improve your connection speed.

Thank you @topffer we have an antenna here for our wifi but we don't used it so maybe this time,we'll gonna use it.

i feel you, my internet connection is sometimes slow, and sometimes it is completely gone, i am having this problem every single day. I do not know what the problem it, either the connection or the modem itself.

it is very frustrating especially if i want to post some stuff

@cgalavia we have pldt, and they keep calling us t ask if we would like to upgrade our internet speed, why don't they fix the current one and give better service first?

@lady1993 There were also times that it has a signal for internet connection but were unable to connect,we also have a modem here from globe.I hope we can resolve this because your right it's frustrating and irritating.

@lady1993 Globe only message us in email about upgrading the speed of internet but will add an increase for payment.

My internet connection is at normal speed now. I think it can be considered as fast. I am opening several tabs and it's still loading fine. When my internet connection is slow, I usually just open one or at most two tabs. Hope your internet connection will be faster soon.

I always have tons of tabs open but sometimes I do get a slowdown probably just because of the number of devices that I have all on the same wireless service at the same time.

When I am in Kadapa-Andhra-India I am using Reliance USB modem for internet, some times the internet was slow and some times the internet was not worked but after 3 or 4 hours once again the internet was working. In USA we are using cable internet WiFi it is ok and fast

Hi @yugasini my connection is solely the same as your's.In fact as of now my connection is rreally a bit low.I can't open many tabs.

sometimes because of this slow connection, it maybe the cause of misunderstanding haha. it is very annoying but there is nothing we can do - since we are just being dependent with internet provider

I think there is something we can do, @missjahn We can upgrade our connection into a faster one .We just need to contact the service provider we have .
