Sushi, Sashimi, and other Japanese Food

I love sushi. There, I said it. I mean, I can eat it everyday if I could afford it. My personal favorite is salmon sushi, followed closely by fried eel sushi. Some of my friends find it weird that I enjoy eating raw fish. I mean, they think I'm slowly killing myself because they find it unhygienic and disgusting. Then again, they enjoy fast food. Who are they to tell me that I eat disgusting food when what they're eating is equally or even more so "disgusting". Heck, I bet they can't even say the names of the chemicals in the ingredients of these fast food items. How about you myLotters, do you enjoy sushi too?
