A married man likes me?

A married man I work with asked for my phone number, I gave it to him thinking it was work related. (b/c I use my cell phone for work)
He told me that his marrage is not working out. He says that he really likes me, and hes really cute too. I want to be friends with him and told him that. He asked to kiss me and I said that I dont feel comfortable because hes married.
Do I just stay away, remain friends or what. Very confused.

I would suggest that you make it very clear to him that you can only be friends with him and nothing more cause he is married.If his marriage is not working out then he needs to let his wife know that and ask her for a divorce or work on there problems to fix his marriage.Not go looking for other women while he is married.Cheating is very bad,and hurts the wife or husband very badly.I know because i have been cheated on.
