Missed messages and phone numbers in Whats Up

Hi Mylot friends, Two days back I have lost all my incoming and out going messages from my WhatsUp application on my smartphone. To that effect I lost some phone numbers also which I have not saved them. I have tried to retrieve my old messages and phone numbers but I could. Can you guide me how to retrieve my old messages and phone calls I have received in whats Up since 3 months.
