Favorite older celebrity movie from when they started out?

We have the greats; Meryl Streep, Robert Deniro, Diane Keaton, Jack Nicholson ect. They have been in the business for a very long time and have made plenty of movies that have shown why they are respected so highly in the industry.
But they obviously started out as nobodies in films that made them well known.
Can you think off the top of your head who you really admire as an actor/actress and what older movie of their's do you like?
I like "Baby Boom" where Diane Keaton stars. She still looks pretty good for her age, but man did she look so young there!

I have not seen Annie Hall yet. I don't think I have. I won't watch anything that has Woody Allen in it. He's just too weird for me.

Jack Nicholson was priceless in Easy Rider. The first time I saw it, I did not know it was him. Years later when I saw it again, I thought, omg that's Jack Nicholson. He was great in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, too!

Meryl Streep and Diane Keaton are my favorite older actresses. Michael Douglas is one of my favorite older actors.

I like him too. I also love him and Cathrine-Zeta Jones together..
