A particularly gruesome Judge Dredd investigation involving an embittered, vengeful murderer who is looking for a good new arm to replace one he lost on a previous entanglement with Megacity One’s most formidable law enforcer. Victim after victim fall but none of them have an arm that matches the killer’s existing limb. Dredd gets fed up of doing his own police detecting and psi-judges are just drawn in to short cut the narrative. Just as the deranged killer has forced a surgeon to sew on the new arm without anaesthetic, Dredd shoots off the madman’s arms and legs. Ke sera sera. Arthur Chappell
