Credit card charges

Hi Mylot friends, The ;banks who are issuing credit cards are charging yearly fee from the credit card holder, I am not mentioning the bank recently I have paid rs 2400.00 Plus as year charges for credit card. Some banks offer zero fee or little fee from the card members. I wish to change to other bank who waive the annual credit card charges, but every bank is asking income proof as job or business or income tax returns. But neither I have a job holder nor I am doing business and ever I do not have income tax so i am sticking with same bank for the time being.
