Question About the Time of Day One Was Born

Quite a few years ago someone told me that whether one is a morning person, afternoon person, evening person, or night person is usually determined by what time of day one was born. For instance, if you were born in the morning you are more likely to be a morning person. If you were born in the middle of the night you are more likely to be a night owl. Being born in the evening, you are more likely to prefer sleeping in late in the morning and you are at your energy peak in the evenings.
I have thought about that for a long time and over the years I have polled a lot of people to see if this is true for them. I never kept records of the answers I got but I figure that it is true about 3 out of 4 times. It's certainly true for me. I was born in the morning and I am most emphatically a morning person. I can't stand sleeping in late. If I wake up in the morning and the sun is already up then that just ruins my whole day. I can't remember the last time I slept in past 7 a.m. I'm usually up between 6:00 and 6:30 no matter when I went to bed. I love the mornings and that is when I am filled with the most energy.
I have a child (who is now an adult) who was born in the evening and that child is most definitely not a morning person. If she had her way she would sleep til almost noon every day. In the morning she is extremely groggy and crabby and in the evening she is the toast of the party.
So to further study this I am hereby asking fellow MyLotters if their birth time corresponds with the time of day they have the most energy. Is this true for you? Thanks. I appreciate any feedback on this.

Oh my so that's why I am more alive in the evening or afternoons than in the morning. It must be true!

It depends what time I go to bed the night before. If I go early then I am a morning person, if I go late I most definitely am not. It is a chicken or an egg situation for me.
