Pointless Celebrities - How Ironic

Just went flicking through the TV channels while having some food and stumbled on a special charity edition of a TV show (one I enjoy) called Pointless. As it was a special edition it involved celebrities and the retitled it ‘Pointless Celebrities’ which given how it is mostly out of work performers in such shows, seems more apt and ironic than the producers probably imagined.

Haha, we have a different show here where people who don't have jobs but have some talent are given a chance to perform and join the contest. They either dance or sing or do anything they are talented in. At least they have something to do for the mean time and they get their 15 mins of fame.
As for work-less actors/performers... well it's good they have that show to work in then.

That is a nicer way to do it than our winner takes all style talent shows where most frequently even the winner is forgotten within weeks of the show going on the air
